4. Payments & Billing

All pricing, milestones, and payment terms will be defined in proposals or agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All work remains the intellectual property of Nelgates Technologies until full payment is received. Upon settlement, ownership will be transferred as per agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Client data is handled securely in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nelgates Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in case of breach, non-payment, or legal constraints. Outstanding payments must be cleared upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
